If you set up Windows, the system drive is formatted. Other drives remain unchanged. As a result, if the system is infected with a virus, it can be deleted, but the other virus is remain un-touched in the PC as before. The virus is activated on PC only when you open your PCs drive. if you open your drives again with the installation,  the virus will be activated again.

1) First of all, you have to set up Windows Set-up recommended.

2) Do not install the motherboards CD software (sound, LAN, chirpiest, video etc) instantly.

3) Do not go to "My Computer" or any drive when the computer starts on after the installation of operating system. This will not activate your computer viruses.

4) Now install licensed antivirus software from the antivirus CD. If inserting the pen drive, press Shift to enter it as if it is not open automatically.

5) Now scan each drive  (Drive D, E, F, G etc), the virus will be released. But be careful not to open a drive before scanning all drives completely.

Hope this system will kill all viruses on your computer. If your Windows Cd's are installed on the Auto-Motherboard software, then you have to take a CD which does not so.
