It is seen, some people can remember an incident in details and other doesn’t do the same. In fact, human remembering power varies from man to man. Because all brain structures are not same. But some simple techniques can improve your memory power.  Such as-

Keep your body active by Exercising

Exercise is good for not only for your body but also for your brain. Obesity extra weight is also harmful for your brain. If the body does not have regular exercise, your all organs will not function well. Moreover fat accumulate in your blood vain. As a result, normal blood circulation in your body interrupted.  So oxygen supply in the brain is interrupted as well. Which may inactive your brain cells. So there is no alternative of Exercise.

Wash away depression

Anger or anxieties strain the brain for some time, which can have enough effect on your memory loss. Depression in brain stress causes most brain damage. Sadness reduces the ability of attention and decrease the efficiency of brain. So reduce depression and saddens as much as possible.

Sufficient sound sleep

An adult man needs to sleep more or less eight hours daily. A wonderful sleep makes the brain more effective. During the sleep, the information stored in the brain in recent times rearranges. Memory becomes ready to capture the new memories with full force. So you can improve your memory by regular sound sleeping.

Write down the things

write the things you want to memorize. During the writing, the amount of blood flow increases, which increase the oxygen level in brain. So write down your own diary, email or personal blog are good to improve your remembering power.

Listen to music

Are you amazed! Thinking - the relationship between listening and music? Some reliable Researchers have shown that some music is beneficial for improving the memory cells of your brain.

Eat nutritious foods

To enhance the effectiveness of the brain cells, you must take balance nutritious diet. You should heed to fresh vegetables, fruits, fish, meat, eggs, milk and wheat bread. Drink water as much as possible. You must avoid red meat, fat and junk foods. You should avoid smoking and drug that terrible damage terribly to your brain cells.

Teach others

You can teach your leering and thoughts to others. If you do the so, your leering will last long time in your brain.

It is possible to achieve almost everything through practice and extreme effort. Your shining in life depends on your efforts and sincerity and nothing else.
