How to protect eyes from computer screen radiations?


Life is very busy in the 21st century. To pace with the modern life, we have to sit before computer monitor even upto 18 hours a day. In this situation, our eyes face dangerous radiation and headache and different eyes problems in very common in this days.
 

Let's know some tips to keep eyes safe from computer radiations:


1. sit minimum 46 cm distance from Computer monitor.2.
Take a 10-minute break for an eye on the computer job in every hour. At this time, keep your eye sight in front of the house or any other side. The focusing muscles will break for a while.

3. Cover your eyes for a few moments in the palm of the hand. Then slowly breathe deeply and relax your eyes muscles. This is called eye yoga exercise. It is a good way for computer users to relax their eyes. You can make a light message with your neck and back.

4. There is no alternative to eye exercises or to keep eye healthy.

5. May use eye protector glass if you want. It reduce some radiations. 

6. Eat green vegetables. To keep your eyes healthy, eat nutritious food. Fresh greens, yellow fruits such as carrots, papaya, sweet pumpkin etc. will eat. Beneficial for the seasoned mango eye.
